Return & Refund Policy

At our clothing store, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Video Proof Required

When you receive your parcel, please record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the courier bag/package. The video must clearly show:

  • The unopened courier package
  • Opening process
  • Product condition inside

This video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or refund request related to:

  • Damaged items
  • Wrong products received
  • Missing items

2. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share the unboxing video and product photos
  • After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund

3. No Video = No Return/Refund

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return, exchange, or refund request for damaged or missing items.

4. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without tags
  • Products damaged after use
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method or bank account

7. Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers may need to bear shipping charges for exchanges unless the mistake is from our side.
