4. Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the courier package is opened. This is mandatory for any claim related to:
- Damaged products
- Wrong items received
- Missing items
Without a proper unboxing video, no refund, return, or replacement request will be accepted.
5. Return & Refund Eligibility
Returns and refunds are accepted only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is made within 24 hours of delivery
- Proper unboxing video proof is provided
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
